INTRODUCTION
This project focuses on developing an ergonomic competition bike saddle designed for virtual cycling. With the rapid growth of platforms like Zwift, new challenges in rider comfort and posture have emerged. The goal was to address these issues through a design process grounded in ergonomics, biomechanics, and advanced materials.

DISCUSSION
Virtual cycling can cause discomfort from prolonged static positions, which is made worse by modern sedentary lifestyles. These issues often lead to pain, numbness, and poor posture, particularly among non-professional riders. The saddle design aims to address these problems by considering different use cases, testing early, and using new materials. Inspired by personal experience and observations of how riders interact with their bikes, the project emphasizes the need to explore novel  processes in modern bicycle saddle design.
